HIGH POINT — Next week's High Point Premarket will have about 81 exhibitors with showrooms open for the event.
The High Point Market Authority said it expects record attendance, and has registered 255 buyers from 105 retail companies for this month's event.
Twenty-four of the exhibitors are sponsors of Premarket, which takes place Feb. 28 to March 1. A number of other non-sponsoring exhibitors have told Furniture/Today they also will open their doors for the event.
Premarket takes place about a month before the April and October High Point Markets, allowing manufacturers and suppliers a chance to show new product prototypes in advance of the spring and fall shows. This spring's High Point Market is set for April 2-7.
