What is the difference between a non-Registered Visitor and a Registered Visitor?

How can I register as a Registered Visitor at FurnitureInChina.com?
- Click into Register as a User under the section of “User Login”, in which you can register on-line:
  - Step 1: User Benefits
    - Read the User Benefits before registration
  - Step 2: User Information
    - Fill in the on-line registration form
    - Fill in the Verification Code and then press “Submit”
  - Step 3: User Verification
    - Your registration will be processed. Once completed, we will send an Account Activation email with an Activation Code for you to activate your account
  - Step 4: Account Activation
    - To confirm the account is activated by you.
    - Key in your login name and Activation code
    - Fill in Verification Code then press “Submit”
  - Step 5: Finish

I forgot my login name and/or password, how can I retrieve it?
- For the retrieval of your login name, please call our Customer Service on +86-021-611514989.
- For the retrieval of your password, you can fill in the on-line form in Forget Password. The password will be sent back to you via email to your registered email address soon. Please follow the steps stated in the email to activate your new password.
Why am I not able to login when I input my login name and/or password?
- Try one of the followings:
  - Check if you have activated your account or not. You can find the activation details in the Account Activation email sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the Account Activation email after your registration, please go to Make an Enquiry and send us a message. Our Web Services Team will contact you shortly.
  - Check your login name and/or password. Your login name and password are case-sensitive, and JewelleryNetAsia.com will distinguish lowercase from uppercase letters.
  - Check your keyboard CAPS LOCK to see whether it has been activated. This may cause you to type your password in the wrong case.
  - Please note that for security purposes, your login account will be temporarily inactivated for 30 minutes if login failures accumulate five times. It will be resume after 30 minutes.

Where can I find the latest designs of the exhibitors at the The 13th International China Furniture Expo?

How can I pre-register to visit the The 13th International China Furniture Expo?
- Go to Visitor Pre-registration at the top of our homepage. Click into “Start on-line registration” to pre-register as a visitor.
- You have to fill in the required information. The admission badge will be sent to you upon successful application.
- You can preview the form before submission. You are required to fax a copy of your Individual information and Contact method to: 86-21-61154998 to complete the application.
How can I pre-plan my schedule at the The 13th International China Furniture Expo?
- You can go to Exhibitor List or click Make Appointment button at the “2007 Furniture China” section on the homepage.
  - Registration is needed for using the Make Appointment service. Log in with your login name and password to enjoy the service. If you are not a Registered User of FrunitureInChina.com yet, please go to Register as a User now.
- Check the box of “Make Appointment with this Exhibitor” at the bottom of each exhibitor to select the exhibitor(s) you want to meet with.
  - Your selected exhibitor's name will be displayed in the right column under “Make Appointment” section.
  - Click “Next” and then fill in “Proposed Appointment Schedule”. After completion, click “Next”.
- Fill in the Verification Code and then press “Submit”.
  - You will receive from us an Appointment Sent Acknowledgement at your registered email address. Your selected exhibitor(s) will contact you directly.

- You will receive your Activation Code from the Account Activation email sent to you upon successful registration. The Activation Code is used for activating your account before you can use our services. This is to ensure that the account is activated by an eligible user.
What is the Account Activation Email?
- You will receive from us an Account Activation email upon successful registration. The email will be sent to your registered email account. It includes your Login Name, Password and Activation Code to activate your account before you can use our services. There is a link in the email which directs you to the site of Account Activation. Please click the link to input your Login Name, Password and the Activation Code to activate your account.
  
  If there is any problem in clicking through that link, please copy the link, paste it onto your browser address bar to access the site, and fill in the account activation information.
